SAY San Diego first began serving children, families, and communities in 1971.  Since then, SAY has grown to provide a variety of life changing programs including individual and group counseling, before and after school care, drug, gang and juvenile delinquency prevention, family self sufficiency support and special outreach efforts to military families.
