Insuring Healthy Families

This program helps pregnant women and families with children ages 0-5 in Central San Diego to access State of California health insurance programs such as Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and AIM (Access for Infants and Mothers).  SAY San Diego staff provide free application assistance and stay in touch with families after enrollment to ensure health insurance is retained.

Eligibility and Geographic Area: Program eligibility is based on family income and size and residence in the area of Central San Diego.
