For any questions, please contact Laura Soto at lsoto@saysandiego.org.\nExpungement is a court-ordered process in which the legal record of an arrest of a criminal conviction is “sealed,” or erased in the eyes of the law. This information session includes the basic legal elements of expungement – which types of cases can be expunged, the exceptions to the rules, filing procedures, and common court practices. It will also explain what happens after a court orders expungement.\n
