Dual Diagnosis

Youth successfully transition back into the community every day.

Dual Diagnosis staff partner with incarcerated and in-treatment youth to build their skills and confidence enabling them to look forward and start a new chapter of their lives.

Through research-based psycho-education groups and individual supportive services, Program Educators teach skills and information which help youth succeed in community life.
