Crawford Community Connections
Crawford Community Connections (CCC) ensures that Crawford Cluster schools and their students are linked to a network of services and community resources to eliminate barriers to student access. Established in 1990, the CCC serves all students and families in Mid-City as a school-based family resource center located on the Crawford High School campus.

Field Elementary Healthy Start
The Healthy Start program at Field Elementary connects students and their families to resources that eliminate barriers to student health and success. Whether you’re a student or a parent, you’ll be linked to emergency food, medical and dental assistance, public benefits screenings, and local child development services.

Mid-City Family Resource Center
Located in the heart of City Heights, this Family Resource Center serves as a main SAY San Diego service location. In addition to offering a wide range of community resource connections through the Resource and Referral Hub, this location hosts programming from teen youth groups and parenting workshops to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy groups.

Military Family Resource Center
SAY San Diego’s Military Family Resource Center aims to strengthen communities by connecting families to essential resources. Parents and their youth are directed to food assistance programs, housing help, counseling, emergency financial assistance, and more through SAY’s extensive network of community resources and partners.

Perry Elementary Healthy Start
The Perry Elementary Healthy Start program, in cooperation with the San Diego Unified School District, delivers much-needed resources to students and families within the Bayview and Perry Elementary neighborhoods. Gain access to emergency food, medical and dental assistance, child development services, and much more.

Real Connections
Real Connections at Canyon Hills High is a school-based family resource center serves students and families in the Tierrasanta, Kearny Mesa and Serra Mesa areas. You’ll be motivated to enhance your campus’s climate and culture through one-on-one behavioral support, peer tutoring, support groups, and additional health services for the whole family.

Valencia Park Family Support Services

Viewridge Wellness Center - Kearny Mesa
Visit our Viewridge Wellness Center in Kearny Mesa for mental health services at affordable rates, billed through private pay, a sliding fee scale, and private or government insurance. Individuals and families can gain direct access to ADHD support, anxiety and depression resources, pain management, and more via in-person appointments or tele-health sessions on Zoom.
