We also offer telehealth and offer both individual and family sessions for youth or their parents.

Our Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) team at SAY helps adults on probation think differently, so as to promote positive lifestyle changes and healthy futures.
SAY San Diego’s Neighborhood Networks are for youth and adults with chronic health conditions, or whose health plans determine a necessity for further care coordination.
SAY San Diego school-based mental health services provide therapeutic services to students in Madison and Patrick Henry school clusters.
