Resource Hub
The Resource and Referral Hub supports all SAY programs by assisting participants and clients with navigation to resources within SAY San Diego and throughout the region. The goal is for the Hub to be a one-stop-shop for up to date information, efficient access and connection to services, and personalized resource support!
Resource and Referral Hub support is available Monday through Friday except national holidays. Please note it may take up to 2-3 business days to respond. For immediate non-SAY SD related resource assistance on the evenings and weekends, please contact 211 by dialing 2-1-1 from your San Diego phone or visiting 211sandiego.org
