Resource Hub
The Resource and Referral Hub supports all SAY programs by assisting participants and clients with navigation to resources within SAY San Diego and throughout the region. The goal is for the Hub to be a one-stop-shop to get good, up to date information and efficient access and connection to services. Participants receive individual support and appointments in order to improve health and wellness and achieve self-sufficiency goals.
