ELEVATE Youth

This youth coalition aims to end youth substance disorders among justice-involved and housing insecure youth. Through collaboration with Urban Street Angels, Project AWARE, and Playwrights Project, Elevate Youth provides various supportive services to youth with or at-risk of developing substance use disorders, while advocating for trauma-informed services and policies.

Project REJUVENATE

In an attempt to reduce violence and gang involvement among youth in San Diego County, . In partnership with Project Aware and the Union of Pan Asian Communities, Project REJUVENATE’s goal is to reduce gang involvement by 80% through employment training, restorative talk circles, counseling, and more.

Resilience Community Mentoring

This is a closed referral program

SAY San Diego, in partnership with Project AWARE and Youth Empowerment, offers  mentoring to San Diego youth and young adults who are involved with the justice system.  Mentors are adults with lived experience in the justice system themselves, who have engaged in their own healing and transformation.
