Project KEEP

Keeping Foster and Kinship Parents Trained and Supported

Project KEEP partners with foster parents and kinship caregivers to improve their children’s behavior and decrease stress, all while building a supportive caregiver network. The Project KEEP team facilitates parenting education and peer support.

This 16-week, 2-hour per week program provides participants with the evidenced-based KEEP curriculum designed to address the unique issues experienced by relative caregivers and foster parents. Groups offer:

  • Support from other caregivers
  • On-site childcare
  • Up to 8 hours of annual training
  • Weekly incentives for participants
