Youth Development & Leadership Programs

Youth Development & Leadership

Since our beginnings in 1971, a founding component of our mission has been to provide services and foster community engagement to ensure that San Diego, CA youth have the necessary guidance and resources for youth development while developing into adulthood. The majority of these programs are preventative and support the entire family from the earliest phases of childhood. Over the decades in Southern California, SAY has partnered with the San Diego County Probation Department, the Juvenile Court, and many community partners to positively engage local youth.
