Military Families Resources

SAY San Diego offers a vast range of assistance programs in Southern California to help veterans and active military of all ages in their times of need. The Military Family Resource Center (MFRC) serves active duty, transitioning, and veteran military personnel and their families. Located in Murphy Canyon, which harbors the largest off-base US military population in the world, the MFRC strengthens military families and communities by offering connections to resources such as food, housing, counseling, financial assistance, parenting classes, parent support groups, and more resources to help out if you're in a time of need. You can contact a staff member at SAY San Diego today by clicking here for more information on military or veteran resources that we can help provide.

San Diego Military Family Collaborative (SDMFC)

The San Diego Military Families Collaborative offers an inclusive forum to enhance military family life by organizing the collective impact of many community resources. More than anywhere else in the country, returning veterans, active military, and their family members call San Diego home; our mission is to keep them strong, healthy, and connected to one another and opportunities that support their goals. Since its start in 2010, our Collaborative has grown from six to more than 100 organizations.
